Pat attended Mize High School, where she enjoyed playing on the girls’ basketball team. She attended Draughon’s Business College in Jackson, MS, where she graduated with high marks in 1947. She went on to hold various secretarial positions in Texas, Tennessee, and Colorado. After marriage, she was a mother and housewife as well as continuing to work outside the home. This was followed by eighteen years of caregiving for her first husband, Bitt. In 2000, she moved to Golden, CO, and wed her second husband, Tom. She was recently a member of the United Methodist Church in Broomfield, CO. Pat was a true ‘southern belle’ and a gracious hostess. She was the last matriarch of the old guard, ‘Little’ family, and loved by many. Her beautiful smile only mirrored the beauty of her heart. She will be greatly missed.

The celebration of Pat’s life will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Sharon Cemetery in Magee, MS.

Interment will be at Sharon Cemetery in Magee, MS.
