She went on to hold various secretarial positions in Texas, Tennessee, and Colorado. After marriage, she was a mother and housewife as well as continuing to work outside the home. This was followed by eighteen years of caregiving for her first husband, Bitt. In 2000, she moved to Golden, CO, and wed her second husband, Tom. She was recently a member of the United Methodist Church in Broomfield, CO. Pat was a true ‘southern belle’ and a gracious hostess.
