Patty Winstead was born on June 15, 1956 in Hinds County, Mississippi to the late Mr. and Mrs. E.M. Graves, Sr.  She married Walter Kenneth Winstead on August 13, 1976.  She served in her church as the organist and the treasurer.  She also served on the Union Water Association for many years.  She took care of her family and her home.  She lived in the Puckett Community her whole life and was a member of Union Baptist Church.  She loved going on vacations, being with her family and loved her grandchildren beyond measure.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bully and Dot Graves.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Walter Winstead; her son, Kyle Winstead (Jennifer) of Puckett, MS; her sister Pam Brantley (Ricky), of Puckett, MS; her brother Ed Graves (Dina) of Fairhope, AL; her grandchildren Maylee and Mason Winstead; and a host of nieces, nephews and close friends.

A special thanks to Kare In Home Hospices Services.
