Brian Clark was paroled July 29, 2019. Clark was sentenced to serve 10 years for Aggravated Assault Domestic Involvement in September 2017.

“The decision of the Board to parole Clark is based upon his completion of court ordered programs, his conduct record as a working trustee, having a re-entry plan to include a residence and employment, having no rule violations, and a favorable psychiatric review, “said Steven Pickett. “Clark was sentenced under the law prior to the HB 585 which was eligibility at 25 percent. Should Clark not meet the rules of Community Corrections, which include drug testing and monthly reports he may be revoked at any time,” concluded Pickett.
