Pamela Ann Kennedy, 57 of Braxton, MS passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 10, 2025. She was born Wednesday, September 6, 1967 in Jackson, MS.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall, 3077 Simpson Hwy 13, Mendenhall, MS. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12:00 pm at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall. Burial will follow in Bethany Methodist Church Cemetery 101-147 Phillips Lake Rd, Braxton, MS 39044. Bro. Joe Hanna will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. 601-847-4401

She was preceded in death by her father, John Franklin Phillips.

She is survived by her husband, James Marlon Kennedy; sons, Josh Kennedy and Jeremy Kennedy (Amanda); daughter, Kayla Kennedy Sudduth (Josh); mother, Betty Cone Phillips; grandchildren, Charlie Carmichael, Adam Sudduth, Shane Sudduth, McKinzley Sudduth and Stella Kennedy; brother, Jay Phillips (Michelle); sister, Leigh Phillips Mann (Mark); and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Carmichael, Adam Sudduth, Shane Sudduth, Justin Kennedy, Jonathan Kennedy, and Jared Kennedy.

Honorary pallbearers will be Trent Mann, Cody Carson, Walker Phillips, and Dusty Anderson.
