OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOW ALLOWED
Over the past few days, there has been a good, saturating rainfall area wide. The critical fire danger that existed has abated & the severe drought conditions have improved. The Governor has canceled the emergency declaration & lifted the statewide burn ban. This returns the regulation & control of all outdoor burning, to the local governing authorities.
Due to the improvement of the weather conditions, the suspension of all outdoor burning has ended & the practice is once again permissible inside the City of Magee.
