I decided to go “out and about” this week for a visual update on what is happening in Magee.

Angela’s is making progress on their move from Highway 28 East to Highway 49. Angela’s is relocating in the old Yelverton Gas Company. Angela and her bunch have big plans for the new business! If everything works together, she may open November 1st. But, if you are looking for pumpkins now…drive to her highway 28 east location. The pumpkins, gourds, and flowers are beautiful!

The walls are coming up at Ferguson Federal Credit Union located next to Dr. Foozy Dyer’s office.

Rainforest Carwash dirt work

Rainforest Carwash appears to have completed the dirt work on their new space. The Rainforest Carwash is located next to the new Angela’s and Mississippi Hippie on highway 49 frontage road.

Fast Pace Urgent Care Clinic located next to Tractor Supply is nearing completion! The new building expands the retail development area in the northern end of Magee. Fast Pace has job offers on our site. Click here

Hand's Nursery Fall 2018

Hand’s Nursery doesn’t have any “building” in progress but seeing her lovely fall decorations is worth the drive by and visit! Linda has a large selection of fall decorations. There is nothing like a new plant to put a smile on someone’s face! I do love decorating for fall!

Urgent Care is updating the existing space in the building located next to the nail tech shop (other side of old Western Sizzling —Movie Gallery). I do not know a projected opening date for Urgent Care.

Magee is on the move! The Magee Aldermen continue to work toward cleaning up our city.
If you have a place you would like for me to visit, just email Sue.
