Oscar Preston Runnels, 89, of Magee, died Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. He was born Sunday, September 5, 1926.

Mr. Runnels was a member of Oak Hill Masonic Lodge.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee. Burial will follow in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee, Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601)849-5031

He is preceded in death by his: Parents Loney Colin and Mary Runnels, Five Brothers and one Sister.

Survivors are his Wife, Annie Doris Runnels, Daughter, Jeanette Jueckstock (Kyle), Grandson Chris Creel (Samantha), and Daughter, Charlotte Padgett (Michael), Son, Billy H Runnels (Judy), Step-Daughters, Regina Tubbs (Bill), and Donna Revette (Cecil), Step-Son – Rudy Jordan (Debbie), Daughter-in-law – Janice Jordan, and numerous Grand, Great-grand, Great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be members of the Masonic Lodge.
