The Scriptural passage selected for today can be found in Isaiah 25:1: “O Lord, You are my God! I will exalt You. I will give thanks in Your name; for You have worked wonders, plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness.” The prophet of old knew his job as God’s spokesperson to His chosen people. In turn, Isaiah knew that he had to walk closely with God and stay in close communion with Him. He never questioned God’s intent or purpose, knowing His plan would be just and perfect in every regard. Isaiah exhibited complete trust and faith in his Lord! Should we do any less? I think not. Let us read again and repeat aloud the words of Isaiah to God. Amen!
