The chainsaw humming in my backyard is like bells ringing! That old “hit by lightening” tree is finally coming down. I have worried and worried the tree would hit my house, my pool, by barn, my head! Almost daily, limbs were dropping.
I had been on Bruce Lewis’ list for several weeks, but with the tornado damage, I kept getting pushed further and further to the bottom of the list!
Every time the wind picked up, I started praying. I just knew that tree was coming down one way or the other.
Well, I got “the other” way…the chainsaw is singing and the limbs are dropping. Happy Days are here for me…except when I get the bill!
