Ciara Norwood, daughter of Donnie and Hazel Norwood, signed with Copiah Lincoln Community College in Wesson Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Magee High School to play basketball.
Norwood was a standout point guard at Magee High School and a lead scorer in many games.
Norwood had a total of six schools to show interest in her during the selection process. Those of interest were Co-Lin, South West Community College, MS Gulf Coast Community College, Ms Delta, East Mississippi Community College and Bethany Community College in Kansas.
Norwood is excited about her selection with Co-Lin.
Eric Williams, coach Magee HS, is excited for Ciara and knows she has the work ethic to succeed.
