Norman Adcock, 79, of White Oak, Mississippi, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019 at his home in White Oak, Mississippi. He was born Thursday, April 18, 1940.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Sardis Baptist Church in White Oak.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Sardis Baptist Church in White Oak. The Burial will follow in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Tim Robertson and Bro. Marvin Phillips will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

Mr. Adcock was a member of Sardis Baptist Church in Smith County, Mississippi.

He was preceded in death by parents, William Warren Adcock and Lizzie Elizabeth Adcock; brothers, Leonard Adcock, Lennis Adcock, Lamar Adcock, and L.D. Adcock; sister, Ina Jean Thornton.

Survivors include his wife, Dartha Adcock; daughter, Jeannie Murphy (Chris); son, Christopher Adcock; daughter, JoAnna Sumrall (William); grandchildren, Dallas Murphy, Brittany Strickland (Anthony), Amy Adcock, brothers, Kemmis Adcox, Bartley Adcock,  Earnest Adcock, Prentiss Adcock, and John Adcock.
