***This is a post from the City of New Hebron***

Last Evening Feb26 Our Police Chief George “Junior” Walker’s Grandson Cruz Lewis was involved in a fatal ATV accident. Many of our First Responders, EMT’s, Police Officers went to offer assistance. It is times like these we are ONE FAMILY grieving the loss of a fine young boy. Our prayers are with his parents and brother Kirk, Callie and Mercer and the entire family. Please lift them up over the next days and weeks to come.

Our Chief Walker has been with many of you during a time you’ve lost a loved one. Now is our time to stand by him.
