The Scriptural passage selected for today is found in Philippians 4:19: “My God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.” The New Testament writers offered assurance and hope to the various congregations in the early Christian churches. They encouraged the various flocks to rely upon God for all their needs while working hard to provide for their fellow members, especially the widows and orphans. Today, we are asked to do the same.
