Representative Robert Foster (R) announced his campaign for Governor last week. Foster, a Representative from Hernando, has not started fundraising yet but hopes to soon. Foster enters a field that is already filled with another Republican Candidate, and two Democrat Candidates. Another candidate to watch, Lieutenant Governor Tate Reeves, is likely to run as well. With roughly 5.4 million dollars in his campaign account at the end of 2017, Reeves wields a war chest. The 2019 Governor’s Race will be a very interesting race to watch and we will cover it all right here at MageeNews.com.
