Sweet precious Mrs. Daisy Polk passed away Sunday morning.
Mrs. Daisey has been a fixture in Magee probably all her life.
Her daughter, Diane (whom one often saw at City Florist) had taken care of Mrs. Daisy until she was moved to the nursing home.
Mrs. Daisy was known for her “pie” making skills…and cakes too….she supplied many people with their annual Christmas pie or cake. She was a kind thoughtful lady who always had a smile.
