Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Magee City Cemetery in Magee, MS for Mr. Paul Lewis “Papa” Kennedy, 86, of Hattiesburg, MS who died Friday, May 19, 2023.
Mr. Kennedy was the former Plant Manager of Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company. He was member of Hardy Street Baptist Church and a United States Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jon Paul Kennedy: his parents, Paul and Louise Kennedy; a sister, Barbara Faye Green, and a brother, Dave Kennedy.
Mr. Kennedy is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lola Kennedy of Hattiesburg, MS; one son, Mike Kennedy (Debbie) of Hattiesburg, MS; one sister, Betty Sharelle Williams of Raymond, MS; four grandchildren, Rushton (Natalie), Mycah, Moses and Rachel Kennedy and a host of nieces and nephews.
