Monica Eileen Busby passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022. She was born on April 8, 1957, to Carsten Jensen and Patsy Ann Cooksey in Grand Coulee, WA.
She was a retired nurse from Simpson General Hospital in Mendenhall, MS.
She is survived by her sons, Jason Busby (Christina) and Joseph Busby (Melissa); brother, John Lawrence Jenson; sister, Janet Jensen Brown (Patrick); grandchildren, Christina Berryhill, Taylor Busby, Jyden Herrington, and Ariel Leger; great-grandchildren, Riley Kate Gros, Karson Kane Gordon, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carsten and Patsy Ann Jensen; husband, Colia (Red) Busby, and brother, Kenneth Wayne Jensen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Tutor Funeral Home in Mendenhall, MS from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The service will be in Tutor Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, April 10, 2022, at 3:00 pm with interment following at Braxton City Cemetery in Braxton. Bro Roger Lee will officiate.
Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
