The Solar Summit is scheduled for Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the MPSC Courtroom in the historic Woolfolk Building in Jackson.

The summit speakers include: Mississippi Power Company’s Rates & Regulatory Director, Ben Vance; Mississippi Commissioner of Agriculture & Commerce, Andy Gipson; Texas Public Policy Foundation’s, Dr. Brent Bennett; Executive Director of the Mississippi State Board of Contractors, Stephanie Lee; and TVA’s Director of Utility Scale Solar, Ying Ayliffe.
