Magee Police Department was notified by an Investigation Specialist with MS Child Protective Services in reference to allegations of a Millcreek employee having sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old Millcreek client. On 06/08/2020 Tazmine Renequa Thompson was arrested and charged with “Molesting of a mentally defective child by a person in a position of trust”. Magee Municipal Judge Reggie Blackledge set bond for Thompson in the amount of $100,000. Thompson has since bonded out. The case will be presented to the Simpson County Grand Jury.

    This Is My Son & Yes She Did It. She Let Him Escape He Could Have Gotten Hurt Or Worse. I’m So Angry But I Pray She Gets All The Help She Need In Prison. My Son Is Still A Child & This Is SICK As It Get. I Am Heartbroken. I Put My Son In This Lady Care To Help Him Get Better & This Is The Outcome 😔

      I’m sorry that you are going thru this. My son used to attend this school, but I took him out for other reasons. You think you are doing the best for your children, then something like this happens. I am praying that justice is served.

      I am so sorry y’all are having to go through this. I used to work there but left because of the way things were being done. My conscience bothered me. I wouldn’t leave a dog there.

    I removed my mentally handicap child from there too for abuse by staff.
