Calling all Magee High School students! Do not forget about our 300+ Club! Turn in your MHS Community Service form(s) to Ms. Rodgers for any community service and/or volunteer work. The forms are on the MHS website.

Parents, Magee High School, in an effort to promote our community and students and to encourage our students to become active members within Magee, its businesses, and organizations, as well as other communities and organizations, started the 300+ Club. (Pronounced the 300 plus club.) Any MHS graduating senior with 300 or more community service hours will receive a cord to wear at graduation. Also, the MHS graduating senior with the most community service hours will be recognized during graduation.

Now, I know what you’re thinking! 300 hours seems like a lot. However, students can earn hours beginning June 1st of their freshman year through April 1st of their senior year. That is roughly six hours a month! And yes, we will accept past community service hours, as long as they are verifiable.

So, my MHS students get out there and volunteer! Help support your community! Mow your neighbor’s yard. Volunteer at the hospital, your church, and our local businesses! Let’s support Magee!
