MHS 10th & 11th Grade Receive ACT Workbooks

The Magee High School sophomores and Juniors received ACT Jumpstart workbooks this week. Dr. Brad Blake, Magee High School Principal, set a goal to provide his students with the best in reaching a better ACT score.  A fundraiser is the works at this time to provided needed monies to purchase the ACT Jumpstart Workbook for Freshmen-Seniors.  A goal of $23,000 has been set by Dr. Blake.  $3,000 has been raised.  Donations are still needed for this important project.

Here is a little information about the ACT Jumpstart Workbooks

Jumpstart’s streaming video modules are delivered on-demand are designed for classroom integration or individual study and are proven to help students of all ability levels stay fully engaged and gain the most improvement in the shortest time by explaining difficult content in a way that every student can follow and understand. Each module reviews the must-know content, includes testing strategies specific to the exam, and concludes with realistic question practice modeled from actual “retired” exams.
