During the month of October, Mendenhall Jr. High hosted a Pink Out Pep Rally in honor and remembrance of those that have had breast cancer.  The staff and students participated by wearing pink on this day and each Friday in October.
During the pep rally, Mrs. Deborah Ammann and Mrs. Pam Clark were recognized for having fought and won their battle with breast cancer.  Both ladies received a small gift from MJH.  Mrs. Ammann is pictured with her grandson, Seth Ammann and Ms. Clark is pictured with her niece and nephew, Austin and Montana Clark.  Also pictured are the Mendenhall Jr. High Cheerleaders and several students and staff members in their pink attire.
