During the regular schedule Simpson County School Board meeting, Fountain Construction was awarded the bid for the construction of the Mendenhall field house, band hall and lighting system to the football field. The work is expected to be completed by July 30, 2017.
The football’s field present lightning system will be replaced with LED lighting.
