REGISTRATION CONTINUES THROUGH FRIDAY AUGUST 5th!
We are still taking registrations for ALL NEW students in grades K-4th. New students will need to provide the following information to complete registration.
- Birth Certificate (Long form please!)
- Social Security card (optional)
- 2 CURRENT proofs of residency
- Immunization Form 121 (Complete for school entry)
- Report card from previous school (for NEW students in grades 1-4)
- Custody /Guardianship papers
ALL STUDENTS INCLUDING CURRENT STUDENTS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE SCHOOL WITH TWO NEW PROOFS OF RESIDENCY PRIOR TO AUGUST 8, 2016 TO STAY ENROLLED IN SCHOOL.
You may register at Mendenhall Elementary from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. each day through August 5th. The first day of school is August 8, 2016.
Classroom assignments will not be given over the phone. Students will receive their class assignments at our Open House. No teacher requests will be accepted as all our staff is highly qualified.
Open House for all students will be Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. (IF your child is registered BEFORE that day you will be able to meet your child’s teacher and visit the classroom.)
Full price student lunches are $2.35 and Breakfast is $1.25. Reduced lunches are 40 cents for lunch and 30 cents for breakfast. New lunch applications are now available. Everyone must complete a new form to be eligible for free or reduced lunch.
Parents may pick up their child’s report card from last year in the office each day from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. We also have supply lists available in the front office. Please feel free to call 847-2621 if you have further questions.
