In an effort to support schools in improving literacy instruction, the MDE has deployed educators with expertise in literacy to a number of Literacy Support Schools across Mississippi. The MDE is currently recruiting literacy coaches for projected deployment to schools in August of 2017. The recruitment process will close on February 10, 2017.

Vacancies are posted on the Literacy-Based Promotion Act home page at www.mdek12.org/ESE/LBPA. All questions may be emailed to literacy@mdek12.org.
