Sam McWilliams, baseball player for Meridian Community College and former Simpson Academy graduate, has been named MACJC Player of the Week!
McWilliams hit .500 on the week in which Meridian Community College went 4-0. In the MACJC opener against Co-Lin, McWilliams homered 3 times and had 7 RBIs. The Freshman right fielder is now hitting .395 on the year.
Sam was a stand out athlete at Simpson County Academy. Sam is the son of David and Amy McWilliams.
