On Tueday, May 5, the MS Construction Education Foundation (MCEF) hosted a luncheon at the Holiday Inn in Pearl to name three students selected for each designated area of the state as the MCEF Student of the Year. Hayden Craft, (pictured center), was named the MS Construction Education Foundation’s Student of the Year for Central Mississippi and was awarded a $500.00 scholarship. Hayden attends Simpson Academy and is a first year metal fabrications student at the Simpson County Technical Center.
