“The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is investigating an in-custody death that occurred on Wednesday, October 25th at approximately 5:00 p.m. in Magee, Mississippi.
Due to this being an open and ongoing investigation, no further comment will be made.”
(Sue note: Information on the incident is very limited. I was told the black male was 60 years old. Red Apple Chevron employees made the complaint to the Magee PD. The man lived in the Red Apple area. I am continuing to gather information on the situation.)
