Max Wayne Garner, 74, of Florence, Mississippi, passed away Monday September 23, 2019 at his home in Florence, Mississippi. He was born Monday, January 22, 1945. He was born and reared in Magee Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.

Private Graveside Service will be held Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Rocky Hill Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031.

Mr. Garner was employed with Hallmark Toyota/BMW for twenty-five years.

He was preceded in death by parents, Ben and Pearl Garner; brothers, Bennie, Charles, and Jerry Garner; sister, Delores Ponder.

Survivors include his daughter, Carrie Kahn (Adam); son, Lance Garner and Wesley Garner (Lindsay); grandchildren, Kiley Garner, Dylan Kahn, Brandon Kahn, Will Garner, John Walker Garner, and Mary Margaret Garner; sister, Carolyn Davis.

Pallbearers will be Scott Garner, Max Ponder, Adam Kahn, Brandon Kahn, Dylan Kahn, John Walker Garner, and Will Garner.
