Marvin Sullivan passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in LA. He was born on October 5, 1955, in Jackson, MS to John T. Sullivan and Mary Katherine Herrington.
All through school, Marvin made excellent grades. He was a good athlete and played football. He liked wrestling, going hunting, fishing and anything doing with the outdoors. He enjoyed going camping, guns and giving helpful advice.
Marvin is survived by his mother, Mary Katherine Lee; son, Marcus Sullivan (Megan); brothers; Gary Sullivan and Bruce W. Sullivan and his four grandchildren, Ryan Sullivan, Iva Sullivan, Tillie Sullivan and Thomas Sullivan.
He was preceded in death by his father, John T. Sullivan.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2023, at Corinth Baptist Church at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow in Corinth Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
