ColonialChapelMartha Ann Nichols, 76 of Raleigh, Mississippi passed from this life on Friday, February 27, 2015, at  Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.

Born Friday, October 14, 1938  in Raleigh, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Simon Puckett and the late Kate Butler  Puckett. She was the wife of Jackie Nichols.

Martha was a retired secretary for Smith County Schools and She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church where she served as organist and pianist for many years.

Surviving are Son, Kyle Nichols (Leslie) of White Oak, , Daughter, Carleen Nichols of Sumitt, , brother, George Puckett of Raleigh, , sisters, Elsie Carson of Pensacola, FL. and Judy Cobb of Katy, TX.

A Funeral service will be at 2:30 PM on Sunday at White Oak Baptist Church. Interment will be in White Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM on Sunday, March 1, 2015, at White Oak Baptist Church
Serving as pallbearers are; Ricky Miller, Marty Puckett, Phil Puckett, Dale McNeese, Ken Ainsworth and Darrel Nichols
Honorary Pallbearers are: Dale Carson and Howard Nichols
