Margaret Estelle Eaton passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.
Margaret was a member of New Life Fellowship Church, where she served and worshiped for many years. She was known for her caring heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Eaton; her parents, Julius and Rosa Lee Knotts; her son, Jerome H. Jones; her grandson, Ben Davis; her brothers, MacArthur Knotts, Carl Knotts, Julius (Squeeky) Knotts, and James Knotts; and her sisters, Frances Knotts, Barbara Mooney, and Clara Revis.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Sissy King, Joyce Dean (Danny), and Paula Little (Chad); grandchildren, Tasha Dunnaway (Henry), Josh Dean (Dana), Justin Dean, Matthew Davis, Alex Little (Kaylee), Brady Little (Grace), Lauryn Little, and Graci Little; and nine great-grandchildren, who will continue to carry her love and legacy forward. She is also survived by her brother, Darryl (Buck) Knotts; and her sisters, Doris Herrington, Audrey Cromwell, Mary Carol Thompson, Susie Russell, and Sally Knotts.
Margaret’s life was marked by faith, kindness, and a profound sense of gratitude. She found joy in simple moments, strength in prayer, and peace in God’s promises.
Visitation will be held at Tutor Funeral Home on Friday, October 31, 2025 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Funeral services will be the following day, Saturday, November 1, at 2:00 PM, at Tutor Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Phillips officiating.
