UPDATE…
On 4-12-2023 an arrest was made on a juvenile that is being changed as an adult for the crime of shooting into an occupied motor vehicle and aggravated assault.
The crime took place on 3-19-2023 at the corner of 2nd St. NW and 1st Ave. NW.
Magee Police Department officers were on scene during the shooting. Through the investigation with the help of video evidence, witnesses statements, and public assistance were able to identify the principal shooter which resulted in an arrest.
