Local Magee attorney Marc McMillian was approved by the Board of Aldermen as the new city attorney replacing Bruce Smith who retired after 16.5 years as the city attorney at the January 4, 2022 meeting.
Marc is married to Maggie Williams McMillian native of Magee and is the father of one daughter Lucy.
Marc, who is a graduate of Simpson Academy, Delta State, and Ole Miss School of Law, will immediately began his job.
