Malcom Anderson, 84, of Shivers, Mississippi, passed away peacefully Sunday, January, 10, 2021 at Miss Care Center of Morton in Morton, MS. He was born Sunday, February 9, 1936.

He worked many years for the MS Department of Transportation, and he was a member at Morton Baptist Church in Morton, MS.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lurvine Anderson; his second wife, Georgie Anderson; his step-daughter, Joyce Lee; his parents, Alvin and Fannie Anderson; and his brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his step-sons, Kenneth Westmoreland (Glenda), Larry Westmoreland, and Gerald Westmoreland; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee, Mississippi. Following the visitation there will be a graveside at the Owens Cemetery in Shivers, MS officiated by Rev. Earl Clark and Rev. Danny Berry.

Pallbearers will be Michael Westmoreland, Charlie Westmoreland, Mason Westmoreland, Jason Westmoreland, Doug Berry, and Billy Westmoreland.
