TBallSue

What a great afternoon!  Several of the MageeNews.com t-ball team members came to visit Sue and the MageeNews.com studio.

Brody Lowery, Chase Martin, Najee Williams, and Dalen Parish…plus coaches Fredrick Williams, J. D. Parish, and Buck Lowery pilled in for an afternoon of filming and food!

MageeNews.com sponsors a team each year…and this year’s team was composed of 13- 3 year olds and 4 coaches.

The players were just darling…they would talk and show me their shoes explaining how the shoes made them run faster!  Everyone but Najee said hitting was their favorite part of the game…Najee liked catching the ball.      TBallBigEyes

Thank you to David Dunn and his team that do such an outstanding job in organizing the City League Program.

Members of the team:  Fisher Blair, Bradee Brown, Briar Mayfield, Brody Lowery, Chase Martin, Najee Williams, Brantley Gainey, Dalea Parish, Sailor Dillon, Jordan Jones, Gibson Clayborn, Axton Mobbs, and Matthew Phillips.

One of the most interesting things I learned was that Coach JD had been coaching for 18 years…beginning with his nephews…and he has 5 children from 1 to10!  Fred has 10 children!!! This year was Coach Buck’s first year as a coach…and he said he learned a lot…I think we’ve got a good bunch of coaches who will stay with these guys for a long time.

MageeNew.com is pleased to promote City baseball through team sponsorship.

Enjoy the interview!  It is funny!
