The Trojans may not have won the Simpson County Super Bowl, but Magee rolled strong by winning the Blood Bowl. The Blood Bowl is a completion between Magee and Mendenhall to see which school can receive the most blood donations. The Mississippi Blood Service collects blood donations from both schools and announces the winner at the Magee/Mendenhall game.
Accepting the trophy: Magee Principal Tom Duncan and Magee lead teacher Audarshia Flagg
Mendenhall High School won the Food For Families Football Challenge sponsored by WAPT Channel 16. During Trojan/Tiger week, each school collected canned good. All food collected goes to the MS Food Network.
Just another great way the Trojans and Tigers compete!
