The following Magee middle school students auditioned for the SEMBDA (Southeast Mississippi Band Directors Association) District V Honor Band Clinic on January 5th and made the band.

They auditioned with other middle school students from across the south central Mississippi area.

The concert for the District V Honor Band will be held on January 28th, 2917 at Jones County Junior College.

If you get the chance come out and support these students.  This is a great honor and hopes of only good things to come from these band students. Clinic’s and auditions like this is what helps to develop the students into an all superior band!

Nathan Mercer  is the middle school band director and is doing a great job developing these students.
