More than a chill was in the air on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, when the Keep Magee Beautiful Committee was  awarded a $25,000 grant from America In Bloom and the Canadian National Railroad as part of Canadian National’s CN EcoConnexions From the Ground Up program.

Citizens from Magee and surrounding areas attended the event.  Kara Kimbrough who wrote the grant application for the city was present.

Mayor Dale Berry led in prayer and welcomed the visitors and shared some of the history of the “old” theatre which is now the Ural Everett Park
