K9 Officer Landon Ates spoke at the Magee Public Library about his police dog, Jade, on June 2, 2015. This was the first summer reading program at the library. Officer Landon spoke to the children about what Jade does and how important she is in the community in helping to find illegal drugs and help track and locate people evading police or missing persons. At the end of the presentation, Landon welcomed many questions from the audience.
