The Magee Police Department arrested James Horton for the following alleged offenses:
- Failure to obey a traffic control device
- No driver’s license
- No proof of insurance
- And on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender out of Marshall County Sheriff’s Department in Alabama.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
