On Thursday, October 2, 2025, Chief Denis Borges of the Magee Police Department reported the arrest of four men on charges of DUI and other offenses.
The Magee Police Department arrested the following:
- John Dean Martin – Driving Under the Influence, Failure to Use Turn Signal, and No Driver’s License
- George Taylor – Public Intoxication
- Steve Wilson was – Driving Under the Influence, Careless Driving, No Driver’s License, and No Proof of Liability Insurance

Jeremy Davis – Driving Under the Influence 2nd offense, Driving while License Suspended / Implied Consent, No proof of Liability Insurance, and Warrant for other agency.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
