On Saturday, 08-16-2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Magee Police Officers were conducting a safety checkpoint when they came into contact with a vehicle being driven by Kevin Walker. Following the encounter, Walker was arrested and charged with DUI. He was transported to the Magee Police Department, where he was booked and processed.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The safety of our community is our highest priority. Driving under the influence endangers lives, and the Magee Police Department will continue to enforce the law through checkpoints and proactive policing to keep our roads safe.
Chief Denis J. Borges
