On Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 12:22 in the afternoon, the Magee Police Department conducted a traffic stop that resulted in the arrest of Henry Powers. Powers was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Careless Driving, Driving While License Suspended, and No Proof of Liability Insurance.
