Magee, MS – The Magee Police Department made a total of 34 arrests during April, the
most common violations were for no insurance and three for no driver’s license.

Simple Assault – 1
Disregard for traffic control – 1
No Insurance – 5
No Driver’s License – 3
Swapped Tag – 1
DUI 2nd – 2
False Pretenses – 1
DUI Other (Other means drugs) – 2
Disorderly Conduct Business – 2
Possession of Paraphernalia – 2
Disorderly Conduct – 1
DUI 1st /Open Container – 1
Disregard For Traffic Device – 2
Domestic Violence – 2
DUI 1st – 1
Hold MDOC – 1
Driving Without a License – 1
Open Container – 1
Public Intoxication – 1
Warrant – 1

The city was given a seat belt grant recently, so don’t forget to wear your seat belt or you
will be ticketed.
