Post from Magee PD Facebook page

In the early morning hours on January 7th Magee Outdoor Power had two males and one female break and enter the business. Several Stihl chainsaws and blowers were taken. They were driving what is believed to be a dark colored, possibly gray, Hyundai SUV. The Magee Police Department is working with other agencies on the crime which is believed to be connected with a similar crime that had occurred earlier the same morning in the Laurel area. We ask if any local businesses or residence in the area that have security cameras to contact the Magee Police Department.

From Magee Outdoor Power

STOLEN brand new STIHL brand chainsaws and backpack blowers were stolen around 4:15 this morning.

Edited to add: Another lawn and garden store in Laurel was also robbed over an hour before us. It could be the same people since it was also 2 men and 1 female driving a dark or black SUV.
