According to CEO Gregg Gibbes, the Magee General Hospital emergency room will be moving.   Work began on relocating the ER to the former Labor and Delivery area earlier in July.  Plans are to complete the new emergency room by the end of August.

“Over 9,000 people per year are seen in the emergency room,” stated Gibbes, “this is the area we are focusing on at this time.”
