Magee Football and Cheer Athletic Banquet

Magee High School held their Athletic and Awards Banquet for Football and Cheer Monday night February 1, 2016 at Berry’s Seafood.

Coach Tim Coats welcome everyone and Student Body President, Caleb Lee, gave the invocation.

Guest speaker was Malcom Taylor. Malcom was born June 20, 1960 in Crystal Springs, Mississippi and is a former professional American football defensive end  in the National Football League. He played six seasons for the Houston Oilers (1982–1986), the Los Angeles Raider (1987–1988), and the Atlanta Falcons (1989).

 

1st Team All District  – Kornelius Rogers, Jamal Hayes, Tyrique McAfee, Micheal Allan, Canaan Collins, Courtney Hubbard, Ben Warren, JaDarius Payne, RJ Hopkins

2nd Team All District – Colby Cockrell, Trevor Maddox, James Williams, Joaquin Blackwell, Farnell Hills, Victor Lewis

Honorable Mention – Matyus Whitlock, Kyle Thompson, Manquaivs Craft
