Magee Firefighters Battle Blazing Commercial Van
Magee Fire and Rescue were dispatched to a Simpson county residence near Neville Craft Road just before 6:00 pm Wednesday evening where firefighters battled blazes from an automobile fire.
The homeowner reported hearing a “popping noise,” then noticing smoke boiling from under the hood of a commercial van parked near the home.
Firefighters, along with Simpson County Sheriff’s Department, responded to the residence where the flames surrounding the van were quickly distinguished.
